of strengths in mind that any business endeavor would be enthusiastic to have; solid financial backing, project management experience, and acute industry and market knowledge. From design and implementation to
navigating the complexities of real estate law and finance, Library Hall LLC
has 35 years of combined experience.

With these qualities the group sought a lender as comfortable in its role as
they were in theirs. They found that in Richard Copeland and 1 st Constitution Bank of Cranford NJ. 1 st Constitution has a solid background in construction lending in the Jersey City condominium market and was able to meet the
needs of the project from acquisition through build out. Completing the group
is an experienced team of architects, engineers, designers and contractors that have all dedicated their resources in order to bring the vision of
